The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) has been pursuing different advocacy and capacity-building programs to raise awareness of the Philippine Competition Act (PCA) and improve enforcement of the legislation. Last July 2021, PCC became partners with Nephila to establish their on-demand online learning program named the iCLP: Online Learning Hub on Competition Law and Policy (CLP).
The iCLP Moodle LMS is hosted on our Linode with 300 concurrent users server specification. Nephila configured and modified the look and feel of their LMS site according to their requirements, following the provided branding and color scheme. We also developed some of their introductory courses for MSMEs. They were the one who provide the assets and details of the courses to be developed and we converted those assets to be available on their Online Learning Hub using Moodle Resources and Activities, and H5P Interactive Content Types.
The PCC team underwent the Moodle Training for Teachers as well as the Moodle Training for Site Administrators. Our support, maintenance and course development service for the iCLP was renewed and currently ongoing for the second year.
