Nephila Web Technology Inc. has been growing rapidly, and we need Marketing Staff that will work closely to develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
Job Descriptions:
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams ( IT Department, Finance, President) to improve the entire customer experience.
- Requires occasional travel
- Present products and services to clients, online and onsite
- Negotiate with clients
- Utilize the company CRM to perform marketing tasks
- Collaborate with our sales and business development team
- Develop proposals for the clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate or BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven work experience on sales and marketing for technology services and software
- Ability to Juggle multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to details
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C level
- Experience sales and marketing in schools and training industries, government and other industry sectors
- Experience on dealing with educational institutions and government is a plus
- Adept on using technology such as email, CRM, Project Management, Google Docs
