Summary of Position:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of a project, and manages several tasks to ensure the project finishes on time and within the allocated budget in accordance to the plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

• 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer – Software Management/ Development or IT Project Management.

• Experience managing large-scale or complex IT projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC).

• Understanding of IT systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management.

• Certification for Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile and Scrum Certification: is an advantage

• Excellent skills in Agile Development, IT Project Management.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Strong Leadership skills.

• Collaborative.

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including project plans, reports, minutes of meetings and relevant records.

• Create strategic and operational plans for each major project assigned.

• Coordinate the efforts of various team members to ensure the completion of tasks.

• Develop and monitor timeline and milestone for the completion of each project.
