Qualifications

* Experience on using Moodle LMS is preferable

Job Description
* Answer queries and support the end-users regarding the functional and technical use of Moodle LMS.
* Develop and maintain instructional guides and documentation of the Moodle site.
* Provide Moodle training and on-demand knowledge based instructions as requested by the clients
* Conduct online or onsite training for the end-users with regards to Moodle LMS.
* Troubleshoot technical issues
* Assist on the development of instructional designs in Moodle
* Can dynamically support clients on different time zones
* Able to create intuitive content in Moodle course
* Analyze problems and identify issues on a systematic approach
* Understand reported problems on how to resolve it
* Utilize the ticketing system of the company in response to the issues reported by the client
* Generate monthly report for the clients

Job Description:

* Assist the project owner on the development of the system modules
* Analyze requirements to determine, recommend and plan for the development or modification of a particular functionality

* Ability to juggle multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to details
* Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
* Experience sales and marketing in schools and training industries, government and other industry sectors
* Experience on dealing with educational institutions and government is a plus
* Adept on using the technology such as email, CRM, Project Management, Google Docs
* Must be confident on using the technology


Job Description
* Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
* Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
* Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (IT Department, Finance, President) to improve the entire customer experience.
