Ultimately, a good System Support Analyst should be able to display excellent problem-solving skills and solid knowledge of IT solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support and train clients to use the system and any products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing analysis of root causes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing checklists for recurring problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document every issue, system updates and development report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist and support the team on identifying issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support project owners and team members<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A good teamplayer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates must possess at least Bachelor&#8217;s\/College Degree in Computer Science\/Information Technology or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT\/Computer &#8211; Software or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required Skill(s): Php, MySQL, Linux, Laravel Framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interested applicants may submit their application to: <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hrd@nephilaweb.com.ph\"><strong>hrd@nephilaweb.com.ph<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a System Support Analyst to join our IT department to support end-users in resolving technical problems.
