The IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of a project, and manages several tasks to ensure the project finishes on time and within the allocated budget in accordance to the plans.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT\/Computer \u2013 Software Management\/ Development or IT Project Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Experience managing large-scale or complex IT projects is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Understanding of IT systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • Certification for Project Management Professional (PMP), <\/span><\/strong><\/span>Agile and Scrum Certification<\/strong><\/span>: <\/span>is an advantage<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Excellent skills in Agile Development, IT Project Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    • Strong Leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • Collaborative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          \n
                        • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including project plans, reports, minutes of meetings and relevant records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                            \n
                          • Create strategic and operational plans for each major project assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                              \n
                            • Coordinate the efforts of various team members to ensure the completion of tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                \n
                              • Develop and monitor timeline and milestone for the completion of each project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
