IT OJT/ Interns

Candidate for an internship must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. He/ She will be assigned in the IT Department of the company and will assist IT related tasks which cover system design and development, systems analysis, website creation, database management, project management, IT support, graphics and multimedia.

 

Interns must be knowledgeable in PHP, HTML, Javascript, MySQL, Linux Ubuntu OS, LAMP environment, Laravel Framework, and Open Source Technology.

System Support Analyst

A system support analyst is an information technology (IT) specialist who analyzes and optimizes the processes of the company. These analysts may work with many forms of technology, from inventory systems and cost and variance vectors to more concrete IT concerns such as communication and payroll. They also help determine which areas of data and information management can be made more efficient and help implement these solutions, as well as train and support personnel in using them.

 

Support analysts typically examine data flow and management in great detail. They may be greatly concerned with storage and bandwidth needs and improving the way data is shared between users and departments. For instance, those in this position may coordinate areas of logistics by facilitating the way in which receiving, shipping, and accounts departments share and receive data from one another.

 

Support analysts also examine existing software to find ways to optimize operations and improve efficiency. Depending on the company and its IT team infrastructure, these analysts may make software design recommendations, assist with finding existing software solutions or even participate in the design and development process.

 

To work as a system support analyst, applicants should have a college degree in computer science or engineering, and IT certifications across a variety of disciplines are often preferred by employers. These analysts should expect to work regular business hours in office environments, although some field work and travel may be required for new system installations.

 

System Support Analyst tasks:

  • Monitor the system and resolve issues.
  • Support and train clients to use the system and any products.
  • Provide system support, installs patches, and report deficiencies.

Programmer

Nephila Web Technology is looking for a skilled and dynamic individual who can work and collaborate in a team environment to develop complex web-based applications and information Systems.

 

Qualification:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT or any computer related course
  • Must have experience on using Php programming
  • Must have extensive knowledge on using HTML 5, Javascript, AJAX, Jquery and MySQL database
  • Knowledgeable on using Linux OS
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Open Source Technology
  • Must be knowledgeable on Linux File System Architecture
  • Knowledgeable on CMS (Content Management Systems) and LMS (Learning Management Systems)
  • Must be willing to be trained
  • Must be able to setup a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Php) server
  • Must be knowledgeable on Object-Oriented Principles.

     

    Experience Requirements:

  • Must have experience on setting up a LAMP server, Ubuntu Linux is a plus.
  • Must have created or developed a database application using Php and MySQL.
  • Must have created or developed web applications or program using HTML5, Javascript or JQuery
  • Must show sample work or portfolio on system or web-based applications development
  • Experience on Open Source Software development.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and keep commitments
  • Hands-on experience on Object-Oriented Principles (OOP) 

Sales and Business Development Officer

Nephila Web Technology Inc is looking for a key position to hold the sales and business development of the company. His/ her primary role is to attract new clients for the financial growth of the company. 

 

Job Description:

  • Develop strategies and marketing program to market, advertise and promote company’s products and services
  • Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients, exploring and discovering new opportunities for the company
  • Develop company’s growth strategy and focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Contact potential clients and establish rapport and set up meetings with them
  • Develop proposals and negotiating strategies to close potential clients
  • Protect the company’s value by keeping confidential information
  • Maintain good and fruitful relationship with existing clients

  • MBA Graduate or Graduate of any 4-year business related course with MBA units
  • Proven working experience as business development officer/ manager or equivalent position

  • With good PR and is able to get along with different levels of people and influence them
